Course Description

This course covers practical work on how to intensify aerobics classes, with proper and safe techniques. Instructors must serve an Apprenticeship and demonstrate on-the-floor leadership competence (the Practical Exam) to achieve certification and be eligible to lead more advanced aerobics classes.
