Personal View:Life is full of pressures and it is only the total healthy body that will be able to meet the demands you put on it. To be healthy is to respect your body, your mind and your spirit. Each needs refreshing, renewing and strengthening. As you grow stronger in each area - you will be able to handle the pressures of life with much more confidence, energy and strategy.
Your body and your health are gifts that can not be taken lightly. Being healthy or becoming healthy is not easy, it demands your focus and priority. Improving your fitness should be challenging and fun!
What I Offer to You: I’ve always had a passion for Health and Fitness and spending the last twelve years working as a Physical Education and Health teacher gives me a clear understanding into what people need to succeed in their pursuit of health. I am the person who wants to work with you where you are at and motivate you to get to where you want to be. I’d love to teach you how to live a healthier, more active life no matter what stage you find yourself in right now.
