Provided Training and Assessing of other Personal Trainers and Aerobics/Fitness Instructors for Carleton University from 1993 to 2002, to ensure provision, to NFLAC and FOLP Standards, of Safe, Enjoyable and Effective levels of instruction to the Clientele. Also Administered Job-Specific Testing to approximately 1200 Recruits and Applicants for RCMP, Inter-Municipal Fire Recruitment Advisory Committee (IMFRAC) hiring purposes, 1993 to 1998.
